flaming motorcycle helmet wrap

I am designing a wrap for a motorcycle helmet. If you have any templates or input for designing and or installation of the helmet wrap it would be appreciated.

The finished product needs to look like a flaming human skull.

What type of vinyl are you using on the helmet? I'm still practicing on helmets and ....do not enjoy. Can have a ton of work once I get it down.
