Flatbed500 error W-SS-4

Hi,
Been having trouble with my flatbed. I was getting carriage motion failures back to back, changed the motor and the encoder strip. Now I just keep getting error W-SS-4 after air purge. Any thoughts ?? There is no other error code displayed other than this
