Flex Face Help needed

Hey everyone I'm working on a a flex face and i came across a locking system i have never seen before. When I pulled the caps off there is nothing but a plastic strip holding the face on. does anyone have any experience with this, I need some help with getting the face back in im just not sure the best way to do it
