Flexi 7.5 problem

I have Flexi 7.5, been using it for awhile. I used it 3 days ago & today I tried to open it, but I can only open Production Manager or Flexi 7.5 software. It won't like me have both of them open at the same time. This has happened before but I can't seem to fix it. Any suggestions?

This has happened to me also... twice! Each time I un-installed and re-installed.

You could try resetting your preferences through the preference manager, a stand alone module found in the Flexi directory.

Do you have that copy of Flexi installed on another computer on the same network?

Flexi allows you to access the security dongle via a network connection. If you have one instance of Flexi/PM open on a remote computer you can only open one instance on the local computer. Check to make sure that Flexi/PM is closed on the remote computer.

If not then try restoring the default preferences via the Preference Manager as scallahan mentioned.

Thanks everyone......after 8 hours of trying to install/re-install on 3 different computers it just took off, finally! Not quite sure what I did to fix it.
