Flexi 8 won't open flexi cloud file

Hey folks, I have a file from a customer (.pdf) that opens fine in the flexi cloud version at the office but at home in version 8 the file opens as a blank page ? Can I save it in flexi cloud as an older version ? Or any other suggestions?

Should work.
Just export it out as a version 8 ".fs" file
