Flexi Add Setup

After re-installing Flexi 7.0 on my new PC I go into the production manager and add a new setup choosing the appropriate cutter driver. Once I set it up along with the com port and send my job to the cutter everything works fine.

The problem I am having is that the setup for that specific cutter disappears the next time I start Flexi. I cannot figure out how to keep that one setup I create which is specific to my cutter.

When in the production manager and after I create the setup I notice the disk at the top toolbar of the production manager which would be for saving but I cannot click on it to save the setup.

Any ideas what I am missing? I had no other problems with my previous PC only now with anew PC

did you clear your preferences? that seems to fix many quirks in flexi.

Make sure you disable TCP/IP connection in the EDIT>PREFERENCES section ... Once there, select Cut/Plot on the left and uncheck option. Then OK.

Try that and see... Still using the CTN-630 driver?

I went in to tools and chose cut/plot and unchecked "Connect to my local Production Manager Using TCP IP"

Restarted Flexi assured that it was still unchecked and I added my new setup. I even deleted the one that was in there...

GRC=60 on LPT 1

Once I created my new setup I still could not click on the save disk.

Once I closed Flexi and restarted it my created setup was gone and the GRC 60 that I deleted was still there.

Weird
