Flexi Crashing constantly

So I already have a support request in with SAI but I was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem.

I am running the newest version (Cloud) of Flexi Expert and it is constantly crashing or goes Not Responding and I have to force close it. As far as I can tell it is not a specific file or action that is causing this but it has been going on for weeks. On average I have to restart the program a dozen times a day or more. Needless to say this is not only annoying but time consuming when I have to redo work I just did over and over again. It has gotten to the point where I save after every action on some files.

Just curious if anyone else has encountered this problem and if so did you find a fix that SAI doesn't know about. I have been told they are doing a major update in a couple of weeks and that may fix my problem.

having been formally trained in tech support I cannot offer you product specific statistics but it doesn't take a rocket scientist judging from the number of posts here to figure out flexi cloud has some serious issues,..so don't feel like the lone ranger there tonto....

I had cloud for all of about 2 days. I deleted it and went back to 10.5, maybe I'll come back to it after they work out the bugs.

To stick with original question....just a thought, do you have Nortons? if so, disable it. On that note, was Nortons or any AV running when you installed cloud?

have crashing issues also big time

i still have 10.5 installed but files created on 11 can't be edited in a previous version. You have to do one job at a time save often. My crashes when i hit save and than print. If i time it wrong it crashes. Flexi also has issues with its servers lets not forget the run time errors a couple of weeks ago.
