FLEXI DESIGNER 8.6v2 NOT RECOGNIZING FONT... HELP!!

Hello,

I designed something in Flexi Print-Cut 8.5v2 on one computer and I use Garamond Font. The problem is that when I open the file in Flexi Designer 8.6v2 in a different computer the file shows a complete different font without giving a notice of change of font. On the font tool it shows a preview of the right font, but on the design it shows something different. Please Help!!!
I already copy all the fonts from one computer to the other and that didn't work. Thank you!!

Even if you add the fonts to the machine with flexi on it, you still need to restart flexi so it will load the fonts you just added.
They will not automatically show up.

I restarted Flexi and even the computer, but that didn't work

do you have flexi set to the correct font folder?

it may be an issues about an open type font, i remember there was a window update that affected open type fonts in flexi a bit back.

does it work in word? do you have illustrator, type set it in there convert to outlines and export and import into flexi as a last resort.
