I am having issues with my printer and computer connection since I updated to the latest software. When I am in the rip and print window I have a Message saying Production Manager HP Edition not responding. and other times it says it disconnected. Anyone else having this issue? I am thinking it is a firewall issue possibly, Flexi support remoted in on my computer and did a troubleshoot of everything and it is still an issue. attached is image of message.
