I cant for the life of me think why Flexi would even have an option to delete a file after it was cut? Why on earth would I want an option like that? Case in point. My Summa cutter sometimes has difficulty finding the black squares to set up the cut. I have found the only solution is to reboot the cutter and start again but Flexi deletes the file after cutting and now I have to resend the file if it exists the way I set it up. YES there is an option in the settings to hold the job after cutting and I definately have that checked off but for some unknown reason every now and then it resets itself back to delete after cutting. One reason I think it may do that is that if you were to open an old file...lets say a file that was saved long before you even knew that there was an option to hold after cutting it reverts back and then everything after that point is now deleted. Dumb Dumb Dumb. If my only job in life was to work the printer and the cutter I suppose it may never happen but unfortunately I have many other duties to attend to on any given day and never catch this issue. Is there a way to permanently lock the option so that it cant go back?
