Flexi/Mutoh (comm?) problem

Just recently upgraded to VJ1614 w/ new flexi 10.5. Had been working perfectly for couple weeks up until tonight.

Production manager will rip fine, but when it comes to printing it states "Setup Incomplete". I've tried rebooting computer and printer with no luck. Never seen this before on this printer or our old one running 7.6pro. Any thoughts?

how are you communicating through the comm? usb/ethernet may be a great way instead?!

Doesnt sound like the software upgrade completed properly.
