Flexi Question

HI All!
I wanted to know if you could guide me in the right direction. I do a lot of vinyl work in the motorsports industry. I do all my vinyl cutting in house and send my eps files out to get printed by a wholesaler.

I use flexi sign pro 6.5, yes it is an old version, but its great for what I do using vinyl.

I am getting more work in that requires me to use fills and vector art work together. This old flexi sign does not allow me to send files out using the 2 different formats due to the large size of the file. No pdf option.

What software out there would allow me to use fills and vector artwork together and then send it in a pdf to get printed with no issues?

Hope this makes sense!
Thanks.

I was in the same position as you...I used the same version. Upgrading to the new cloud was well worth it. I'd suggest taking advantage of Bobby's FS he has for sale.

The production manager has several different 'new' things that will speed up your vinyl weeding.

If you have the USB dongle for Flexi PRO 6.5, upgrading will be less expensive than buying my full version.

Call me tomorrow and I will get you final pricing and will more than happy to discuss with you the added features that will speed up your weeding process as mentioned.

Thanks JoshGN for the recommendation.

I use Xara as well - awesome program.
However, I would think any of the vector programs - illustrator, corel draw, etc would work?

If I'm understanding you rightly, I convert to EPS and then convert to PDF with Primo PDF converter and send it out.

Good morning Rick,

You can download and install PrimoPDF for free and it installs like a Printer. In any Windows program, you are able to click FILE>PRINT and choose PrimoPDF as your printer and it will prompt you with a few setting options.
