Need Help Flexi to Mutoh Cutter VJ1300

My problem is the Mutoh Cutter won't read my registration marks. I have printed and laminated 20 yds and now I can't cut.

Any ideas on what I can try?

It checks the 1st mark, then goes and checks the 2nd and then comes back to the 1st mark and stops.

I haven't had that issue yet (i'm currently knocking on wood) but I do know flexi an mutah are compatible as i have flexi 12 an a kona 1400.

Have you been successful doing this before (with lamination)? It is possible that the lamination is causing the sensor not to properly read the registration marks, also check that there is no bright light shining directly on the media as this can blind the sensor.
