Flexi to Print

I have a 4'x10' Menu that has 36 pictures on it... yes it does look absolutely ridiculous but that is how they want it... to match their other one :banghead:

but it takes forever to just print to the flexi rip... and when it finally got there it said "wrong data format"...

What do you do when you have something with a retarded amount of images?

I rasterized the whole thing and saved as a tiff and sent to onyx...
