I had to reload my computer and now having trouble with interCon Nettool. When I try a test print production manager is giving me "Caught exception, error code -6" anyone know what the problem might be? I have tried reloading internet tool and flexi. Was working fine before reload. Graphtec cutter loaded perfect and is working fine

Set your to computer to run on Windows Vista compatibility mode for Flexi and Production Manager. That worked for me.

No problem! I about drove myself crazy trying to get Flexi to agree with my Edge and eventually found out it was nothing more than a Windows 7 compatibility issue!
