I'll tell you what the Maintenance Manual says about this error:
"Indicates that an address ahs occurred when saving." "Check AC power supply and printer peripheral devices. Check whether the problem recurs. Even if there is no problem, switch on several times. Check the serial number. The main board assy may be damaged."
This info probably doesn't help much. I have never had this problem with my FOJ printer. I'd unplug the printer. Then flip the power switch a few times. Then plug it back in and try it again.

This usually results in a mainboard replacement. Not all of the time, but most of the time in my experience the mainboard needs replacing.
I would first clean the encoder strip and reset home position. If the error is still there, give me a call and lets figure it out.
