Font Help Please

So this is what the customer has, a 2" letterhead logo for their 4x8 sign! typical

they don't know who created it, or when. Or what the fonts are.

I've got a few close ones for WILLOW BROOK POINT but not exact.
same with "WB", ideas welcome

the SENIOR LIVING I'm going with Futura, unless someone has a better idea?
