Font Help Please

Can someone please help me identify the fonts in the Spirit Park Audie Murphy Ranch text along with the Grand Opening text. Thanks in advance!

Curious, how that is done and how do you extract the font?...

If I open it in flexi it's a mess, as always

You can extract the vectors by opening the PDF in Illustrator and copy/paste them into a new workspace. I don't think the font itself can be extracted.
