Font help please

I am blown away every time a company comes to us needing graphics, and they supply their new logo and this is what they have, and claim ALL they have. It HAD to have been created in vector or something better than this to begin with, wouldn't you think? But no....this is what they have.....
It's like a mix of Gotham/Avenir and who knows what else....ideas?

Dont have NATS but I found Montserrat....damn close with one alteration on the 't', and of course the 'P'.
