Font help please

I've uploaded this to a number of font identifier sites with no luck. After all these years fonts are my number one struggle. If someone could help me how to identify fonts easier I would forever be indebted to them. Thanks

Thank you so much. I don't know how you guys get them so fast dang. Matching fonts always gives me a headache. This one in the shading has black dots instead of a solid color. NUTS!!!!!!! Thank you again though.
