Font ID Help

I am in need of finding out what font the attached image is.

If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.

I remember this same font a while back that went unidentified.
Could be ITC Cheltenham LT Book Condensed Bold...
with a rounded-corner stroke added and some minor editing.
