Font id please

[Pixels Are Bad Mmmkay?]

Okay, so this post has nothing to do with signs or design. I have a friend who found a font he likes and wants incorporated into a tattoo somehow. Can anyone help me to identify the font? He found it on a tattoo website and no indication was given as to what the name of this ugly atrocity of a typeface is. Thanks in advance.
