FONT ID Please

Hey guys,

I'm recreating an old billboard and I can't find this font. Can you help please?

Hand-painted if I had to guess... The a's are different

That's what I was thinking, but my boss seems sure that it's a font. I'll keep looking and check back to see if anyone else has an opinion.

It has a A&S Brushwacker feel to it, but surely hand painted.
