I swear I've seen this typeface before; I think it's something that has been around a long time too. At first glance I thought it was Stone Sans, but that's not quite it. Cronos Pro also has a similar looking "P" but is even farther off the mark. The various online font matching services are coming up empty (maybe the lettering sample is distorted). The lettering sample was screen-shot from a client's web page (and their graphic was artificially up-rezzed).
