Font Identify or design help - Thanks!

I'm thinking this is a font style but can't seem to find it. Help finding it would be great, however a direction on recreating this using existing font would be nice alternative.

No help on the font. Take or create a halftone effect and apply.
When I'm in a hurry I use GoMedia vectors for stuff like this.

DIN, URW Grotesk or News Gothic are all in the ballpark.

Got it...I combined a Half Tone effect with some grunge effects. Thanks for the direction.
