Wow! a book about a sign painter being convinced to give away his craft for free. Very inspirational for all those kids to learn that capitalism is evil and one's skills and knowledge should be given away with no compensation.

You're right Local, because after all charity and community service are about as anti-American values as there are...damn Christian attitudes.

The author once worked in a sign shop in his early days and it made quite an impact on him. The story was well written and illustrated by the author. The story was nice and just unexpected for such a niche industry as ours. Made me think of all the times I've donated a lot of magnificent work to good causes. Those were the projects I found to be the most fun.

Giving for free is a touching part of the story.

No offense to capitalism :Big Laugh
There's a time for everything: time for investing, time for work,
time for getting profit from what we worked for, and a time for giving.
