Free viewer for specialized files

I've try to found something on google, but maybe I don't use the right keywords.

I'm looking for a free viewer so customers could look at their .eps, .ai, .psd, etc. files. Something like Adobe Bridge maybe. From time to time, I've got customer sending me their files and since they can't open them, they just throw me everything. After that I have to convert them in .jpeg and send them back so they can tell me what to pick.

I'm sure there is a solution and I'm not the only one in this situation.
