Just got this email from a customer we just started dealing with a few months ago, they insisted on getting net 30 terms, so far they are 2 months overdue

As part of our AS9100 Certification the Quality Management System require to make quarterly reviews on our Suppliers Delivery Performance.
I want to inform you that your company was 100% on time delivery for the period time 01/01/2014 to 03/31/2014.
