Future move!

I wish I could say I'm excited but...Closed yesterday and we have a good two months worth of work ahead of us for the build out. Building is 27,000 s.f. and a real fixer upper. Trucking company was previous tenant and the place is pretty much trashed. There is still a tenant leasing 5k s.f. which covers most of the mortgage already.

Going to take a lot of time and work to make it functional. But the potential is awesome. Our current 6,000 s.f. only lasted five years, so hopefully we'll be okay here for a while. On the bright side, there's plenty of property to build another brand new 40-50k s.f. building on it if we get to that point. The other bright side is that is sits on the entrance to the airport so I see another plane build in our future

Hell no! The pool table stays in what will be my "man cave only" empty building 1,600 s.f. of air conditioned play room! Might lease out the rest of the building for storage space.

Hmm..lotsa space. Just remembered a guy south of me converted a huge barn into a work/living/display and play area. Part of play time in the winter is when he fires up a fully restored ancient Harley and rides it around the track, which is around his work area. Too cool.

Thanks everyone...As the old saying goes, be careful what you wish for! I keep saying I don't want to grow but I can't say no. Gonna a take a lot of work and money, but I sure won't mind having enough space to work on multiple projects.

Also, this much room needs to be filled up with lots more tools I'm spending it in my head as fast as I can...

That is some building,what airport is it near?

Zephyrhills airport was a naval training field for pilots during WWII. Runway is over 5k feet. Used mostly for skydiving these days.
