GCC Expert 24 with All Panel Lights ON

Hi All, I have a practically new GCC Expert 24 that has ALL the panel lights on. The error light is solid, not blinking. I use Cadworx Live and Vector Cut. When I send it to Vector Cut it works fine...it cuts perfectly, but the lights won't go off. Any suggestions or ideas what it could be? Thanks! Amy
