gcc Jaguar IV - directcut cs6

I bought a used jaguar that was a floor model and came with the software cd but no activation code. Is there anyway to get it on the secondary market? I have scpro for straight vinyl cutting and it can do contour cut but not without crashing. Would like to have another way to do contour.

Do have a working copy of Great Cuts?.....And you just need DirectCut plugin?.....Were you able to join GCC Club on www.gccworld.com Might be something you can download there....Have you pushed your dealer to get it for you?.....

I have the greatcuts (which is windows only I was told) but no activation code because they lost it. I joined the gccclub but no real help there as directcut comes with the plotter. Thanks for your help though, appreciate it. The gccclub website is down quite a bit too, which is weird.

You can cut directly out of Illustrator by printing and selecting the plotter as the printer. Make sure you position the artwork in the bottom left corner on the layout page. If you install the AAS plugin for Illustrator you can create the line up marks for contour cutting.

ahh good to know, I was just running into problems with aas plug in and compatibility with cs6. Ive read in there newsletter that it works but all the versions say through cs5

gcc website doesnt have the aasII plugin as an available download, is there another place I could get that from?

As far as I know, the plugin is part of the Great Cut software package......If you do not have Great Cut working you will not be able to use AAS plug-in....
