Gerber GS750 Plus Cutting issues

I am currently using a Gerber GS750 Plus to cut sandblasting stencil.

I am using signlab for my deigns.

The plotter recently has started to cut jagged. The design will be cutting perfectly fine then it will go jagged like the knife is not turning correctly.

I am using a 60° blade. I have replaced the theta belt.

I have done a theta Axis Adjustment. I have checked the Theta motor clamps along with the rear way collar.

I have oiled all the parts the manual said to. I just don't know what to do now.

Maybe your software has encountered an error.
In some cases uninstalling and reinstalling the software (clean install) helps for trouble-free operation.
I also use SignLab Vinyl Pro software and occasionally I have such problems. Installing clean always helps me.

Is the blade facing the right direction as it cuts? When you replace the theta belt, you have to make sure that the blade faces the correct way when it resets.
