gerber odyssey y axis home error

Just popped up after loading vinyl, restated machine several times, nothing. Tried to move the carriage, but she is super tight. I tried to do a search for it but came up empty handed...

I would take the cover off of the machine and disconnect the Y-axis motor and see if you can get the carriage to move.
You may have something bound up, a stuck bearing on a pulley, or something else holding it up. Be careful in there!

It ended up being the rubber belt had slid down and bound up...
