Getting rough edges in print..

Hey guys, I am using FlexiSign-Pro 7.5 to do print and cut on my Roland Cj-500 and getting bad print results when printing text. The edges a bit jagged, I usually create my work in Photoshop and they looks fine until I tried to print them from Flexi...I sure could use some ideas of what to do here....

jagged like pixelated or jagged like overspray etc?

If designing in Photoshop sounds like your resolution is not high enough.

Also make sure there is no dirt, lint, hairs on printheads.

Also in Photoshop make sure to set your text antialiasing to smooth or strong....
