Getting the old JV3 running (head alignment

Well as the week goes on more and more of the nozzles are working.
So my continued cleaning is working.

Now for my next question is about head alignment (as this machine has 3!)?
When doing a test the print is very blurred, I guess this is a lot to do with the alignment of the heads.
Is their a simple/rough way to realign these to get a half decent print?

Cheers

i'd send us a pic of that test print. in my experience, continued cleaning to "save" dx4 heads destroys them. the blurriness you
are seeing might be evidence of that.

The machine is a JV3-160S.

I am not near the printer at present so no pictures at the moment.
I have had them through my ultrasonic cleaner once and I am leaving them soaking in cleaning solution every night in the machine.
During the last couple of days I will say that on test printing in the morning another 5% have cleared.
I reckon 95% Black, 90% Magenta, 70% Cyan, 60% yellow, Light Cyan and Light Magenta are both about 80%
The heads are miles out of alignment though and this is shown when you do a colour print.

I have a copy of the maintenance manual for the SP model, which I think should be pretty much the same if you want it. It goes through aligning the heads in it. It is in Chapter 4 Adjustment. I can't get it to attach for some reason. message me your email address and I will send it over to you.
