Getting what appears to be rub lines on canvas material, help?

printing on canvas that appears to be totally flat, but I keep getting what appears to be rub lines, material is not touching the heater either, anyone run into this or know what is causing it?

If it's not touching carriage or curing then it's bad roll with coating defect.

I think you are right, I went back and looked at the last time I used that roll and it was 2020... I ordered a new roll, lol
