Ghosting on Reversing the image - UJF 3042

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with my UV printer when printing on white acrylic for a double-sided lightbox.

Here’s what I’m doing:

  • On the front, I’m printing a dog image and the name.
  • On the back, I’m printing the same dog and name (mirrored) with a background, so the background shows when the light is on.
The problem is that when I print, the dog image is not aligned properly. It looks like the image has been printed multiple times, causing a ghosting effect, even though everything is centered in my design software (I’m using RasterLink).

What I’ve checked:

  1. The acrylic is securely placed and not moving during printing.
  2. The printer is calibrated and works fine for other prints.
  3. The back image is mirrored correctly in the design software.
  4. The same origin point and dimensions are used for both front and back images.
Does anyone know what could be causing this? I’ve attached a photo of the result below.

I've done a test print on a clear acrylic, just to see the alignment.
