Go Rio Sublimation printer problem..

I have a 42" Go Rio Sublimation printer, which is a Mutoh draftstation from what I've been told..
My problem is it will not print yellow and has sucked magenta ink up into the yellow lines. We have replaced the capping station & the print head, the dampers 3 times... I cannot get any ink to pull thru the line with a syringe

Does the yellow cartridge have sufficient ink?

If you pull out the cartridge will it suck air?

It does not.

These should be open lines from the damper to the needle.

Occasionally the needle might plug, but that is pretty rare.
There could also be a kinked line, again very rare.

Is the magenta ink getting sucked past the F connector, or is it stopping there?

I'm wondering if the F connector somehow got clogged.
