Goose Neck Lighting for double sided post/panel sign

Wondering if anyone knows of a good/reliable source to purchase Goose Neck lights. Not using any names but I've tried the first place that pops up on a Google search and wasn't particularly satisfied. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
