grainy colors

Hello!

When printing on glossy vinyl, im geting some colors grainy! why is that? im using glossy monomeric vinyl profile...

im printin orange c0m40y100k0, and it is pretty grainy...

Look closely at the printed color, is there any black or possibly cyan that is being mixed in by the RIP's color conversion? If so, and you want the literal CMYK mix you mentioned, turn off the color conversion in your RIP. You are not likely to get the color you want, but it will not print with "unwanted" colors.
