Graphtec CE5000-60 bad cuts

Hi guys.

I just bought a used (almost new) CE5000-60.
Have set it up, followed all instructions, but it still cuts HORRIBLY bad!

I have posted 2 pics of my problem, that i cant seem to come past.

I cut with original settings, and i use Signtcut pro as software with no altered settings.

Do you need any more info from me, or can someone please help me out?
Any kind of help/tips is MUCH appreciated.

Thanks all the way from Stockholm Sweden
Brani

As above plus the media is probably bunching up .
Could be not enough blade showing and too high pressure
Cutting strip damaged so the media won't slide easily

I had a similiar issue a couple years ago and a new blade holder solved it. They do wear out, but the one i replaced had well over a thousand hours on it. Best of luck.

hi all

thanks for the many replies, much appreciated

I have tried a new bladholder and new blades, got a bit better, but still not satisfied at all.
the most annoying thing is when i do test cut, the down lower corner of the pyramid is badly cut. the lower line lifts up towards the upper corner

i will try to check if something is loose, like the carriage etc

any other ideas?

many thanks
