Maybe it is to soon for the CE 6000 service manuals to escape to the wild....I have seen CE 5000 service manuals available, I would look at one of those to see if my problem had similarities with older models....
Sure does seem that a legit Graphtec Rep would provide you with one if your plotter is out of warranty....
