We were having problems today out of our plotter reading registration marks, we noticed that the laser sensor isn't dropping down (lowering)to read the marks, which results in error reading marks.... does anyone know if this is a setting, or if it is mechanical??? Any help would be appreciated.... we are running this plotter with Flexi Sign Pro 8 - it has been working fine up until now.
