graphtec fc7000 160 help

I upgraded computer and installed my graphtec to my new computer. When I cut something 13", it only cut in 4" scale. For some reason, I remember that the tech back then had me turn on the cutter and hold down the arrow up button. Anyways on the cutter, it's in Japanese now, how do I get it back to English and to the right scale

I called Graphtec tech support yesterday and Vin answered and walked me through the things I needed right away. Just call them.

The size issue is probably the resolution set in the software driver. Or the units are set to METRIC on the cutter

I think you can power off, push and hold the F1 key and power on to get it back to english... if not, call me at 1-877-602-4237 and I will help over the phone.
