Graphtec Firmware upgrade?How 2?

looking for steps to upgrade firmware to 3.80 on
FC-7000 MK2 still on 3.51
having problems reading 2nd registration mark on MULTIPLE print and cut thru Flexi 8.6v1
it finds marks when i create the multiples in flexi(then takes a longer time to rip) but when i use P.M. for the multiples it wont read 2nd registration mark?????

looked thru the manual but didn`t see instructions to upgrade firmware anywhere
looked thru the site but it only has the file itself
if you can save me a call to graphtec

Update to Flexi 8.6v2... You should be able to update via the Flexi with its Check for Updates option... the update is about 38-39 MB I think.
