Graphtec Gone Wild! HELP PLEASE!

Someone mistakenly sent a file to my plotter that has multiple repeats, it should have only been 1. We got the one we needed but the other 71 are buffered and the plotter won't stop! I have cleared buffer on plotter, cleared production manager, shut it all down. Removed vinyl and blade, and it still thinks it's cutting. It is my small plotter CE-3000. Any ideas on how to make the nonsense stop!

yeah, but waiting for this to get done would be more like

unplug it (don't just turn it off), unplug the usb cable, turn off the computer.

and then turn everything back on.

oh and there is a little printer icon in the bottom right corner by the windows time make sure you right click it and delete all the jobs out of the folder.

Or can you go to settings, printers and delete them from there?
