Graphtec parts supplier

Hi everyone, do you Canadians have any good Graphtec dealers you would recommend? The company we have been using, which I assume gets them from Graphtec, is pretty slow on delivering and wondered if there's a more reliable alternative out there..

Not yet, I thought it would be easier going through a Canadian distributor to avoid duties and taxes..
