Graphtec Print Cut Questions

We have a Graphtec 5100-75 plotter with a registration sensor. We print from a HP5000. The software used to drive both is Corel 9.

Anyone have an idea as to how to perform contour cuts using this configuration? My attempts have, thus far, been just under 3/8" off registration. I calibrated the plotter with the same result. I also inputed the offset comensation and got the same result in the opposite direction!

The directions that I downloaded from Graphtec are not clear at all. I'm certain that I'm missing a step or simply not doing it correctly!

Please help if you have an idea on this one.

Thanks

I would try putting in the offset as half what you are off. So if you are off 3/8 of an inch which is .375 than put it in as .1875 and see if that helps.
