What is the thickest material that these cutters can die cut ? Can they die cut thick material like the convex 20 mil stuff ?

Might get a larger cutter to do larger jobs than my envision cutter can do since its only 15" wide.

The FC8600 series can take up to 59 mil material and has a 600g max down force. It sounds like it could cut your material but I would get a sample cut before you bite the bullet. Feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions or would like a quote.

Depends on not just thickness but density. Materials that are really hard and dense it can have some trouble sometimes. Meaning that it will push the media but the knife is not able to move through it that fast. Sometimes you have to slow it way down. I have cut a HI-Int with a electrocut on top and I just have to run speed at 8-10 and it comes out perfect. that is about 22mil all together.
