Gray and Black printing green tint

I have a Roland VP540i 54" eco-solvent print and cut. When I print gray or 100% black, under my shop light it is the correct color, but in sunlight or other lighting it has a green tint. Even when I print CMYK 100, 100, 100, 100 or 0, 0, 0, 100 it's always green tinted. Any ideas?

My black print head is brand new and the other ones are in great shape according to the print alignment test.

Oh yes... the gray struggle is real.

We have some of the same issues. It is in the profiling. Mine actually look a little pink inside and turn gray to greenish outside. The thing is I have a really good profile for my wrap material and have no issues. My profile for the oracal is not as good - that's where I see the issues. When I'm doing the design, I tend to use the Roland gray swatches because they print so much better. But I know the real fix is to fix the profiles.

profile colorspace. In the quality tab, near the bottom is a drop-down bar, defaulted to pre-press US. Decent for colour accuracy, not so much for solid fills. Change it to density control only. It will likely mess up the colours of rasters, and make things generally less saturated and warm, but should help out lots with black and gray.
